The Township of Adjala-Tosorontio is seeking a Managed Service Provider to offer Co-Managed IT Services in support of a single on-site IT staff. The Proponent will enhance and augment the delivery of solutions and expertise by providing blended IT support for the Township, filling gaps in skills and the execution of services. Areas of need include the implementation of a modern endpoint security solution that protects Township server and workstation endpoints, managing data backup and storage as well as providing advanced technical support. The Proponent will provide technical solutions and proposals, as well as high-level strategical guidance to aid in business decisions, policies, and concerns. |
